The most important meal of the day

During the week I usually just make Grandma and I oatmeal since time is of the essence in the morning before work.  On weekends, though,  I try to make special breakfasts, often displayed in the form of a smiley face.  In this picture from a few months ago Grandma is getting ready to enjoy bacon, egg, hashbrowns, toast, coffee and meds.  Making sure a 100+ year old gets proper nutrition (and just enough calories!) can be a challenge.
